Lớp tập huấn về Nguồn lợi và việc sử dụng sinh vật biển

Do thời gian vừa rồi nhiều việc bận nên không tham gia diễn đàn thường xuyên được nên không biết post vào đây có đúng không. Nhờ mod có gì chuyển hộ giúp nhé.
Nội dung:
Vào 2-12/3/2009 Viện Tài nguyên và Môi trường biển kết hợp với Trung tâm sinh học Roscoff -Cộng hòa Pháp tổ chức lớp tập huấn về Nguồn lợi sinh vật biển và việc sử dụng nguồn lợi đó tại Đồ Sơn - Hải Phòng. Mọi kinh phí sẽ do Lớp tập huấn chi trả. Đây là cơ hội rất tốt cho những người đang làm việc và nghiên cứu các vấn đề về sinh học biển.
Đối tượng: Các cán bộ khoa học hoặc giảng viên đại học làm việc tại các viện nghiên cứu và trường đại học tại Việt Nam.
Quá trình đăng ký như sau:
- Bước đầu đề nghị các bạn gửi thư mong muốn tham gia lớp tập huấn (nêu lý do tại sao bạn quan tâm đến lớp học này và công việc bạn đang làm...) và CV (Lý lịch khoa học) cho chúng tôi theo địa chỉ email cuongct@imer.ac.vn.
- Chúng tôi sẽ chọn lọc dựa theo chất lượng CV của các bạn và sẽ mời 40 người tham gia. Công văn và thư mời sẽ được gửi đến đơn vị các bạn đang làm việc
- Sau khi có được danh sách học viên chính thức chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cụ thể thời gian địa điểm cho các bạn.
- Deadline: 30/12/2009

Mọi chi phí tham gia tập huấn (ăn ở, đi lại...) sẽ được chúng tôi chi trả.
Hãy đừng bỏ lỡ cơ hội được tham gia vào lớp học hữu ích và được tận hưởng không khí trong lành của khu du lịch ĐỒ SƠN - Hải Phòng.

Marine bio-resources and utilizations

1 – An introduction to the marine environments and ecosystems. Daniel Vaulot, François Lallier

2 – Marine biological resources.

a) Microbes (bacteria and micro-algae), marine plants, marine invertebrates: an overview of their biodiversity and biology.

- microbes (bacteria, micro-algae, viruses, archae): Daniel Vaulot;

- macroalgae: Bruno de Reviers;

- mollusks and other invertebrates: François Lallier;

b) Populations and communities

- Population structure, dispersal and connectivity in marine coastal habitats: Frédérique Viard;

- strain selection and genetic improvement: Pierre Boudry.

3 – Natural substances and biotechnologies.

a) Primary- and secondary-metabolism compounds of interest in microbes, marine plants and marine invertebrates; biosynthesis and main utilizations.

- micro- and macro-algae: Philippe Potin and Bernard Kloareg;

- invertebrates and bacteria: Georges Massiot.

b) Cell factories for marine compounds, bioprocesses.

- marine micro-algae as cell factories: François-Yves Bouget;

- high - through put protein production in E. coli: Gurvan Michel.

4 – New approaches of marine biodiversity.

a) Genomics and post-genomics of marine organisms and ecosystems.

- microbes (bacteria, micro-algae, viruses) : Fréderic Partensky, Gurvan Michel;

- macro- and micro- algae : Mark Cock; François-Yves Bouget ;

- invertebrates: Evelyn Houliston (or Christian Gache), Pierre Boudry;

- metagenomics: Fréderic Partensky, Daniel Vaulot.

b) Chemical ecology: diseases, allelopathic interactions, symbioses, communication molecules.

- micro- and macro-algae: Philippe Potin;

- corals: Cécile Sabourault.
